Realtime Help Desk provides the expert support end users demand. Users can create tickets and monitor the status of their problem resolution through our simple-to-use Web-based interface. The Realtime Help Desk solution includes software that enables our certified engineers to remotely view and resolve problems at the desktop level. This avoids desk side support, which means that resolution time and costs are reduced. 

Realtime Help Desk supports basic desktop applications, Windows 2000/XP/Vista operating systems, desktop network connectivity, and printing.
